UEFA EURO Group-D matches are done. Top two teams England and Croatia directly qualified for RO16 and the third placed team Czech Republic also qualified for the next round as best third placed team in all groups.
Here are the team wise analysis of Group -D:
1. England
England qualified to RO16 by winning the group. Though they won the group they haven't performed up to the expectations. With the star studded attack they managed to score only 2 goals in their three matches against lesser opponents. The main problem for the team is they haven't found their best combination yet. They might play against one of the France, Germany and Portugal teams in RO16, so they have to set right combinations to beat them.
2. Croatia
Recently the team is only dependent on their star player Luka Modric heavily. With the loss of some great players in recent times through retirements they are not able to perform at the same level as they performed in World Cup 2018. Their only win came against Scotland which is not a tough opponent for them. They have to play as a team to perform well in further rounds.
3. Czech Republic
In their opener against Scotland they showed every one how dangerous they are when someone sleeps on them. They are pure dark horses of this year´s EURO. Against the odds they are displaying some good performances.
4. Scotland
Everyone considered them as underdogs but against the expectations they performed badly. They haven't showed any intent in any of the three games they played. Except the match against England their performances are not so good. They finished fourth with zero wins and a draw against England.

3. Netherlands vs 3rd placed team of Group D,E and F
4. Belgium vs 3rd placed team of Group A,D,E and F

7. England vs 2nd of Group-F
8. 1E vs Switzerland/Finland/Ukraine/Czech Republic
